ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL will begin accepting additional reservations for the "Kyushu Recovery Support Discount Fukuoka Campaign" from 12:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2026.

This additional booking period applies to reservations made through our official hotel website from 12:00 PM on or after Friday, October 9, 2026.

Customers wishing to take advantage of this campaign should carefully review the following information before making a reservation.

Campaign Overview

Discount period

For stays from October 1st (Thu) to December 15th (Tue), 2026.
*Valid for check-outs on December 16th (Wednesday)

Discount details

50% of the accommodation fee
Maximum 20,000 yen per travel booking per person.

*Even for consecutive nights, the limit is not per night, but rather "a maximum of 20,000 yen per travel reservation per person".

Additional registration start date and time

Friday, October 9, 2026 12:00

This additional booking period applies to reservations made from the date and time mentioned above onwards.

This policy cannot be retroactively applied to reservations made before 11:59 AM on Friday, October 9, 2026, nor can it be applied to existing reservations where the date of stay, number of guests, or accommodation plan has been changed.

Please note that reservations that were already confirmed to qualify for the campaign before the additional booking period began will not be affected by this additional booking period.

How to make a reservation

Please make a reservation for your stay during the eligible period through our hotel's official website, and when prompted on the reservation screen regarding the use of the "Kyushu Reconstruction Support Discount," please select one of the following options.

"I have reviewed and agreed to the terms and conditions below, and I would like to participate in the campaign (discount is not yet confirmed)."

Additionally, please enter the prefecture name if you live in Japan, or the country/region name if you live outside of Japan, regarding the place of residence of the reservation representative.

*There are no special accommodation plans available for this campaign.
*Reservations made by phone or email are not eligible for this campaign.
*It is not possible to change your request to use the campaign after your reservation has been confirmed.

Regarding discount application

The application of the campaign discount is not guaranteed at the time of booking completion.

After your reservation, our hotel will check the subsidy eligibility and terms and conditions, and we will contact you at your registered email address regarding whether or not the discount applies. The discount will be confirmed once you receive this confirmation from the hotel.

The subsidy budget is limited, and we may close applications without notice once the limit is reached. Even if you select your wish to use the campaign on the reservation screen, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a subsidy.

Even if a discount cannot be applied, your reservation will not be automatically canceled and will remain valid at the regular price at the time of booking.

If you do not wish to stay at the hotel, please cancel your reservation yourself through the reservation confirmation screen. Depending on when you cancel, a cancellation fee may apply according to the hotel's regulations.

Eligible reservations

The following conditions must all be met for your reservation to be eligible.

• Reservations made on or after 12:00 on Friday, October 9, 2026
• Bookings made through the ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL official website.
• Reservations where the user selected to use the campaign and agreed to its terms and conditions at the time of booking.
• Reservations for which we have secured a subsidy allocation at our hotel
• Accommodation for the purpose of sightseeing
• Reservations that meet all campaign eligibility requirements

Excluded reservations and rates

The following reservations and rates are not eligible for this promotion.

• Reservations made before 11:59 AM on Friday, October 9, 2026
• Changes to existing reservations regarding the date of stay, number of guests, accommodation plan, etc.
• Reservations can be made by phone or email.
• Reservations changed to include campaign participation after the reservation was confirmed.
• Business-related accommodation
• Accommodations requesting receipts issued in the company name
• Business trips funded by public funds
• Pre-paid reservations
• Cancelled reservations and cancellation fees
• Accommodation tax, hot spring tax, service charge
• Additional charges added after booking, such as breakfast, parking, and food/beverage charges.

Bookings made through travel agencies or OTAs (online travel agencies) are only eligible if the discount for this campaign was applied on the respective provider's website at the time of booking.

For regular bookings made through travel agencies or online travel agencies (OTAs), we cannot add or modify promotional discounts at our hotel.

Check-in procedures

For guests eligible for the discount, please complete the following procedures upon check-in.

• Identity verification for all guests
• All guests must sign the subsidy application form.
• Signature by the representative of the guest

If you are unable to fill in the required information or cooperate with identity verification, the discount will not be applied.
