Reservations made after 10:30 PM on Sunday, September 27, 2026 will not be eligible for the discounts offered in this campaign. Please note that these reservations will be treated as regular reservations.

To customers who wished to use the service before the registration deadline:

Even if you select your preference for the campaign and agree to the terms and conditions on the reservation screen before the reservation deadline, the discount is not guaranteed to be applied.

For eligible reservations, our hotel will verify the terms and conditions of use and then proceed with the registration process for the subsidy application system.

Since the subsidy allocation is secured once the registration process is complete, even if you select your desired use before the application deadline, the discount may not be applied depending on the budget situation.

We will only contact you via your registered email address if, after verification, we are unable to apply the discount.

Please note that regardless of whether the campaign applies, your reservation will remain valid at the price and conditions at the time of booking. Your reservation will not be automatically canceled simply because the discount cannot be applied.
