We have received reports of guests receiving suspicious messages via WhatsApp, appearing to be from ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL or a booking platform, asking them to “confirm” a reservation, re-enter credit card details, or make an urgent payment.
These messages often include real booking details such as your name, dates, and reservation number, which can make them appear convincing.
ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL will never contact guests via WhatsApp or any messaging app to confirm a reservation or request payment.
If you receive a suspicious message, please:

Do not click any links in the message
Do not enter credit card details or personal information
Do not reply to the message

We are actively looking into this situation and will update this page as soon as we have further information.
Any communication regarding your reservation or payment will only ever come through your official booking confirmation email or a phone call to a number you look up independently (please use the official number listed on our website, not one provided in a suspicious message).

ONE FUKUOKA HOTELをご予約いただいたお客様へ、WhatsAppなどのメッセージアプリを通じて、予約の確認やクレジットカード情報の再入力、緊急のお支払いを求める不審なメッセージが確認されています。
これらのメッセージには、お名前・宿泊日・予約番号など実際の予約情報が記載されている場合があり、本物のご連絡であるかのように見えることがあります。
ONE FUKUOKA HOTELでは、ご予約いただいたお客様に対し、WhatsAppなどのメッセージアプリを通じて、予約確認やお支払いを求めるご連絡をすることは一切ございません。
不審なメッセージを受信された場合は、以下の点に十分ご注意ください。

・メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・メッセージへの返信を行わない
