Terms of service
Please observe the rules of use that have been established. If you do not observe these rules, we may be forced to refuse your stay and use of the hotel's facilities in accordance with the accommodation contract. Furthermore, in the event of an accident, we may hold you responsible for any damages, so please be particularly mindful of these rules.
1. Scope
This applies to visitors using all hotel facilities, including accommodations, entrances, lobbies, and hotel grounds.
2. Regarding use

① Accommodation in general

Please refer to the evacuation route map posted on the back of the guest room entrance door.

In the event of a fire, earthquake, power outage, etc. occurring at the hotel, please follow the instructions of the nearest staff and announcements made over the hotel's internal broadcasting system.

Please refrain from allowing anyone other than registered guests to stay at the facility.

Please note that long-term accommodation does not confer any legal rights regarding residence.

We will not allow minors to stay alone without the permission of their guardians. We also ask that guests who cause inconvenience and anxiety to other guests by losing their senses due to mental or physical weakness, drugs, or alcohol, etc., refrain from staying at the hotel.

② Room key

Please make sure to lock your room when you leave it during your stay.

When you use the restaurant or bar in the hotel, if you sign the bill,
Please present your card key holder. -

Please be sure to lock the door guard while you are in your room and when you go to sleep.

③ Visitors

After 9pm, please meet with visitors in the lobby.

When someone knocks on your door, please open the door with the door guard on or check through the door scope. If you suspect a suspicious person, please contact the front desk.

④ Items left in your custody

Unless otherwise specified, the storage period for your items will be as follows. In accordance with the law, any items left after the storage period will be treated as if you have no intention of collecting them.
1. Items left at the front desk for visitors can be stored for one month. 2. Items left in the cloakroom can be stored for one month.

⑤ Lost property

Please note that lost property will be kept for up to 30 days, including the day it was found, after which it will be delivered to the nearest police station.

Please note that lost food and beverages will be stored until the next day, regardless of their expiration date, in accordance with the hotel's hygiene management system, and will then be disposed of appropriately.

⑥ Checkout

Payment for your stay may be made in cash, vouchers, traveller's cheques, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, or any other means acceptable to the Hotel.

Please note that a deposit may be required upon arrival.

If there is a request to settle a bill during your stay, please make payment at that time. If you do not pay despite being requested by the Hotel, you may be asked to vacate your room.

When payment is to be received from a person other than the guest staying at the hotel, if payment is not made by the specified due date, we will bill the guest directly for payment.

Please note that we do not provide advance payment for purchases at stores not operated by the hotel or outside the hotel.

We charge a 10% service charge on top of statutory taxes, so we do not accept tips.

⑦ Use of coin laundry

As this is a self-service process, we cannot take responsibility for loss, theft, shrinkage, discoloration, etc.

After using the laundry, please remove it immediately so as not to disturb the next user.

3. Prohibited acts
Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other guests within the hotel.

① Bringing the following items into the hallways and guest rooms

Animals, birds and other pets in general

(2)
Items that emit a severely foul odor

(3)
A significantly large amount of items

(4)
Guns, swords, drugs, or other items that are not legally permitted to be possessed

(5)
Any other property that is deemed to pose a threat to the safety of other guests.

② Using fire or candles for heating or cooking in guest rooms or hallways without permission, or cooking in guest rooms.

③ Gambling, intimidating behavior, conduct that disrupts public morals, or conduct and words that cause disgust or inconvenience to other customers (including noise, etc.).

④ Leave your room wearing nightwear, slippers, etc.

⑤ Advertising, distributing promotional materials, selling goods, soliciting, etc.

⑥ Attaching foreign objects to buildings or facilities within the hotel or making modifications that alter their current state.

⑦ Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) anywhere other than the designated smoking areas of the Hotel.

⑧ Using guest rooms for business purposes, offices, parties, or any other purposes other than accommodation without permission.

⑨ Moving any furniture or fixtures in the guest room or making any modifications to the guest room without permission.

⑩ Taking small items from the guest room out of the room.

⑪ Entering private spaces, machine rooms, or other facilities not for customer use.
