A rooftop cafe and bar where you can feel the sky and the breeze. You can enjoy the sunset and night view while looking out over Hakata Bay. The large water basin in the dining area is modeled after the "water mirror" in which Tenjin Sugawara no Michizane is said to have reflected his image. Enjoy a quality time with the water and light effects.
