    A cafe run directly by the hotel that combines art with a latticework interior.
    We have put a lot of care into each and every menu item, from the melt-in-your-mouth soft serve ice cream made with the highest quality Hokkaido milk and machine-made, to the special coffee jelly made from the hotel's original blend "One Blend" coffee, and freshly baked financiers that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside using our unique baking method.
